• Davines Solu Shampoo (you need a good cleanse after being a mermaid

  WASHING:

Shampoo Twice! If you go long in between washes especially!

First to cleanse, the second to allow it to do its nourishing thing! Also for that conditioner to work its magic!

DO NOT FORGET your leave in protection! We love In Common’s Magic Myst, it literally is magic, & you can spray it in your hair to refresh, revitalize, de-tangle, your hair the next day before you head out!

STYLING:

Make sure to blow dry. We know you probably don’t want to hear it, however this truly makes a difference in the lifespan of your weave!

Watched the Movie Tangled, remember when Rapunzel went traveling through town… what was the first thing she did? BRAID HER HAIR. Think to yourself, “what would Rapunzel do?”

That’s right we highly encourage that during your travels, Braid. So you don’t have to worry about getting “Tangled”.... See what we did there?

You can also do high pony tails or buns with extensions!

If you are going to wear it down, we recommend the travel size wet brush. Make sure to brush your hair after a trip to the windy beach, or dancing at a concert, or maybe even after skydiving, brush the moment you have a chance. Your hairstylist & your scalp, will be eternally grateful.

SUNSCREEN PSA:

Majority of Sunscreens will destroy your extension hair, if you get it on them. When we say destroy… we mean like Phantom of the Opera “Point of no return” destroy.

Regular sunscreens have an ingredient called, “avobenzine” which will change the color of your extensions to a peachy or even orange color, & this CANNOT be fixed.

So save your investment, avoid regular sunscreens & shop for mineral based Sunscreen to protect not only your skin but your extensions as well!
