We believe in the art of the individual stylist and the experience of our clients achieving their hair goals. Our customized experience flow and structure of inclusive hair sessions creates a simple, straightforward quoting process, checkout, and MOST IMPORTANTLY gives you the freedom as an artist to do the necessary processes to achieve your guests goals. We also provide an all inclusive, luxury experience for our clients. We are craft hairdressers who charge appropriately for our time, so tips are not necessary. All our stylists are specialized craft artists who provide services to one guest at a time, allowing you to give your full undivided attention throughout their service.

CLEAR COMPENSATION
Lifted empowers stylists in a team culture while still allowing room for growth. Our compensation is clear from day one. We don’t do stylist level systems or retail benchmarks in order to receive a promotion. Stylists are in control of their own price points and income as a result.
IN HOUSE EDUCATION & MENTORSHIPS
We offer education & shadowing to our stylists. We believe that education is absolutely essential in growing your career. We offer classes to our stylist community in our area as well as 1 on 1 shadow days with an experienced stylist. We also understand that growing as an artist takes some serious business & networking skills. We offer a mentorship program with 1:1 coaching sessions catered to your personal goals, with support in personal branding, social networking, as well as streamlining your business to save you time & create healthy boundaries.
